Holiday: Excellent
I travelled to Thailand with my wife and three young children. We
were efficiently greeted at the airport and transfered straight
to Aquila. Even though we arrived at midnight, the greeting was
very cordial, professional and welcoming.
We embarked on a four day tour expertly guided by Markus who's knowledge,
attitude and flexibilty exceeded expectations. His on board team,
Huan and Mae made the entire experience absolutely five star! Without
a doubt, a holiday we will treasure for a long time and which has
set a very high standard.
The boat was carefully tended to throughout the day and at no point
in time did we feel that there was any negligence to the cleaning.
Cabins tended to every morning and the cooking facilities were always
clean and ordered.
Service: Very professional. Present and visible when needed and
appropriate and practically invisible when not. Great atitude and
impeccable manners.
Food: Excellent
We were looking forward to the variety of food in Thailand and were
worried about not enjoying this part of the Thai experience. However,
we can honestly say, that we were catered for with absolute perfection.
Quality, variety and quanitity. Michelin star material!
Skipper: Excellent
Markus deserves much praise. He demonstrated deep knowledge of the
area, the tastes of the gusts, the timelines of travel, the destinations
and was able to negotiate us around the crowds.
We would hapily return and if we do, will certainly make it fit
the availability of Marcus and either of his two boats. I have already
reffered them to several people.

The cruise on the boat was AMAZING. I'll post about it in detail
later, but suffice to say, if you have any interest in sailing around
Thailand's west coast, I can definitely recommend Phuket Boat Charter.
The crew was amazing - a perfect blend of chilled out and professional,
totally welcoming and easy going and fun. The food was hands down
the best we've had so far in Thailand. The scenery was so beautiful,
we practically had to pinch ourselves to be sure it was real. Fantastic!

Basically a
fantastic trip and we cannot speak highy enough of our hosts, really
great people who treated us like royalty, superb food, superb service
and we were all very impressed and will be recommending this trip
to a group of fellow New Zealanders Thank you all very much, am
planning a Malaysia to Phuket trip some time when the bank balance
builds up a little ! Mike

Vorab möchten
wir euch aber sagen, dass uns der Trip sehr gut gefallen hat! Wir
können uns sehr gut vorstellen, wieder mit Markus auf See zu gehen…
vielleicht nach Langkawi?!?
Ein besonderes Anliegen ist uns, dass ihr Anne noch einmal ein grosses
Kompliment für die ausgezeichnete Küche macht - es waren wirklich
die allerbesten Thai-Gerichte während 25 Tagen! Und dann diese Abwechslung
jeden Tag. Ich vermisse sie sehr! Jetzt muss ich wieder selber kochen.
